What did you use to make it?

HAHA I cracked up when I saw your drawing
To make it I used SAI paint tool with my old bamboo graphics tab :^)
It was only a quick thing honestly, I'm planning to make a much better drawing when I have more time.
Also really bad at drawing piercings so I'm going to have to practice that for the next one
