for the livestream question.

All songs pre 2011 are useable in streams but If i buy the songs after the 2011 period, am i able to use it than on my livestream without problems?

You will be fine as long as the songs are on the EMFA music label. Anything out side of the label we do not have control of.

On the store, what is the difference between the Radio Edit and the DJ Edit? I'm interested in buying the tracks that match the YouTube videos if that helps.

if i remember correctly,
radio edit is shorter, usually it's the one used for the youtube version
and the dj edit has longer intro and ending to give more space to mix it
i hope it helps
