I've been producing music as a hobby for some while now, but I haven't quite learned how to make UK or Happy Hardcore... Anybody know where I can learn it? Eventually if there's any useful tutorials out there, which could teach me?

Sometimes, DJ's do Masterclasses (I'm thinking about Angerfist & Dr. Peacock who did one months ago) where they show you how they produced some tracks, how they create kicks, etc... But it's rare, quite expensive (It was 100$ to watch the livestream, and twice this amount to go to the masterclass IRL if I remember well), and, with my example, it's not about Happy Hardcore. You can maybe find what you need on YouTube. In France we have some YouTubers (Felckin & YouTunes) who create music and they show and explain how they create this or that part, so maybe it's the same in your country.

Just get in your studio software and rev it up to 170 bpm and work from there

making melodies is the only hard part in my expierence but everything else felt pretty much natural if you already know how to make genres like progressive house or electro.
