The only one I know of that's not S3RL is Disko Warp. They have some good stuff. Their Lupin the Third theme remix is so cool!

I don't know any other artists per se, but there's this song, "Lonely (Original Mix)" by this artist called Sy, it's a pretty old happy hardcore song, you might like it!
